Business Traveler
I was in the area for a business meeting, arrived the evening before and left the day after. Location to my meeting was about 20 minutes away. We drove in from Cleveland Ohio area and had no problem finding the hotel or my place for the meeting. I will be back again for a few more meetings on this project and will use Priceline again, hopefully wind up in the same hotel. ...read more

Difficult to find with few exterior markings in a business area. However, once inside, it was great. Nice lobby, free private access to computer "business center". Room and Bath were very nicely done. Restaurant was reasonable priced and open in an atrium. Breakfast bar food was sub-standard though, ordered from the menu and that was fine, in room coffee service was typical, not very good, but much like Hyatt, Sheraton and Marriott. ...read more

Traveling as Couple

This may be a Crowne Plaza Hotel, but it is an older one. Not the same amenities as other CP I have stayed at. We had a 2nd floor room and it must have been over the restaurant/bar area (1st floor) as we could hear the band all evening. So much so had to turn the TV up. The hotel is in the middle of nowhere, and is almost empty. Long hallways are creepy with poor lightning and no one around. Room was overheated even with the heat off. My room was not cleaned for 2 days. When I complained the answer was: if it's not done today, call us! The keys keep not working even though I kept them separated from cells and credit cards and anything else. Staff was not that great. ...read more
